REGULAR SOURCES OF INFORMATION

The information that may be stored in the register is obtained from the customer e.g. Messages sent via web forms, e-mail, telephone, via social media services, contracts, customer meetings and other situations in which the customer discloses their information.

WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED ABOUT ME?

 The customer’s first name, surname, street address, postal code, post office, country, e-mail address, telephone number, language used in the transaction, currency used in the transaction, as well as purchased products and product-related information, eg size, are stored in the customer register. In addition, the company name, business ID and VAT ID are stored for the business customer. The order information stores the information provided by the customer in connection with the order, such as contact information, the product content of the order, the method of payment and the method of delivery.

WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION USED FOR?

 Personal information is used:

• Customer relationship management

 • Order delivery and processing, as well as archiving

 • For statistical purposes

• For marketing purposes

• Accounting

 The legal basis for the processing of personal data is a contract, consent or legitimate interest. The processing of personal data has taken into account the requirements set by the EU Data Protection Regulation applicable from 25 May 2018.

HOW LONG WILL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION BE KEPT?

We will retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes of the register.

In addition, some information may be retained for longer to the extent necessary to fulfill statutory obligations, such as accounting and consumer trade responsibilities.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

We provide personal information on logistics, payment service and accounting to partners to enable business.

PRINCIPLES FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE REGISTER

 The register shall be handled with due care and the data processed by the information systems shall be adequately protected. When registry data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital security of their hardware is adequately addressed. The controller shall ensure that the data stored, as well as the access rights to the servers and other information critical to the security of personal data, are treated confidentially and only by the employees whose job description it belongs to.

RIGHT OF INSPECTION AND RIGHT TO REQUEST CORRECTION OF INFORMATION

Every person in the register has the right to check the information stored in the register and to request the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a person wishes to check or request the rectification of data stored about him or her, the request must be sent in writing (Address in section 1. Registrar) to the registrar. If necessary, the controller may ask the applicant to prove his or her identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time limit set by the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).

OTHER RIGHTS RELATING TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

A person in the register has the right to request the removal of his or her personal data from the register (“right to be forgotten”). Data subjects also have other rights under the EU’s general data protection regulation, such as restrictions on the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing (Address in 1. Registrar) to the controller. If necessary, the controller may ask the applicant to prove his or her identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time limit set by the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).

ADDITIONS AND EXTERNAL ELEMENTS USED ON THE SITE

The site uses various elements to help validate the operation. Below is a list of used add-ons or elements:

GOOGLE FONT API: The site retrieves the font you’re using directly from Google’s servers.

CONTACT FORMS 7: Contact forms are submitted using the Contact Form 7 add-on. This add-on does not store any information about the submitted forms in a database, for example, but only sends us an email about the completed form.

RANK MATH: For website search engine optimization, we use the Rank Math plug-in.

WORDPRESS: The site is built under the WordPress publishing system.

There may also be other libraries, codes or elements required for the technical implementation of the website, which should not, however, collect any information about the visitor under any circumstances.
